Beam SN105: PRISM, telemetry and miner dashboard update

This release changes how orchestrators compete, qualify and receive work, alongside a new telemetry API and miner dashboard.

BeamCoreAPIMiner

PRISM duels in every assignment wave

Orchestrators compete against adjacent participants in each wave, reliability first, then independently verified completion timing. Standard transfers and room transfers now have independent scores and qualification pools, and emission weight reflects sales by qualified earning miners.

A telemetry API and a simpler miner dashboard

The supported API provides workload scores, qualification, transfers, outcomes, assignment evidence and emission history, published one subnet epoch late. miner.b1m.ai replaces the old dashboard with orchestrator, leaderboard and transfer summaries, plus the guide and bug desk.

How it works

PRISM: every assignment wave counts
Orchestrators compete against adjacent participants in each wave, and assigned load determines the matchups. Reliability comes first: when success rates match, the faster assignment wins, using independently verified completion timing. Defending earns fewer points than climbing, and performance scores reflect the last 24 hours of duel results.
Separate qualification for each workload
Standard transfers and room transfers now have independent scores and qualification pools. An orchestrator can be qualified for one while qualifying for the other.
Sale-adjusted emissions
Emission weight now reflects sales by qualified earning miners. Removed weight is redistributed to miners of other coldkeys whose sales stay within the threshold, according to holding.
Telemetry and the miner dashboard
The new API provides workload scores, qualification, transfers, original and recovery outcomes, assignment evidence and emission history. miner.b1m.ai replaces the old dashboard with essential orchestrator, leaderboard and transfer summaries, plus the guide and bug desk.

Get started

  • Update participant software to the release version.
  • Migrate integrations from the legacy analytics routes to the supported endpoints, with an organization API key holding telemetry:read.
  • Use miner.b1m.ai for summaries, and the API for detailed telemetry.

Costs and limits

  • Selling up to 80% of base emissions in one sale per rolling seven days leaves weight unchanged. Selling more, or more frequently, reduces emission weight.
  • Outstanding excess-sale debt follows the coldkey, and new earning hotkeys have a seven-day ramp. Recent sale history is included at activation.
  • Confidence targets are 120 verified tasks for standard transfers and 40 for room transfers, with graduation at 0.9 confidence.
  • Telemetry is published one subnet epoch late, with versioned snapshots and delayed corrections. Legacy analytics routes stay available for a 24-hour transition before retirement.

What it does not do

  • Recovery work stays outside competition and qualification. Verified bandwidth measures actual bytes over trusted duration.
  • Existing standard qualification is preserved; room qualification starts fresh, and duel points start at zero.
  • Streaming and messages remain inactive placeholders.
  • The dashboard does not show detailed telemetry: that is available through the API.
